Hatha Yoga:   Early Morning Hatha yoga class helps you to kick off your day in a healthy and relaxed way.
  • 08:30 to 09:30 AM
Pranayama: A steady breath leads to a steady mind. Practice 1-hour full Pranayama Class with our instructor and experience the vast benefits that this practice has to offer.
  • 09:30 AM
Breakfast: Morning sattvic breakfast(Mix Fruits, Juice, Sprouts, Porridge, Milk, Herbal Tea, Poha, and much more..) at our retreat center.
  • 11:00 AM
Excursion: Visit Holy Shrines and Temples, Waterfall Trekking / Hiking, Exploring Rishikesh; the Yoga Capital of the World, Sunrise Tour, River rafting, Beatles Ashram visit, Cave visit, and other places.

Lunch: Healthy vegetarian lunch (Rice, Chapati, Mix salad, Boiled vegetables, Curd, Lentils, and Pulses) at our center.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This 1-hour Ashtanga yoga class will take you to a wild thing. This class will leave you relaxed and full of energy.

Meditation & Chanting: Learn the fundamentals of meditation, as well as the different types of Meditation Techniques, Explore Guided Meditation & Meditation Postures.
